Ireland
did us proud with a friendly welcome, fine
weather, good food and drink, exciting boat
rides and notable sightings like Manx, Sooty and
Balearic Shearwaters, Storm Petrel, Marsh
Harrier, Little and Roseate Terns, Mediterranean
Gull, Gannets galore and even Short-billed
Dowitcher. Together we had seen 101 species. Who
says there are no birds in Ireland?
